Full Job Description

A new role offering exciting opportunities to shape and drive Berkshire Healthcare pharmacy services in the years ahead. As AIT Pharmacist, you will represent pharmacy externally and at Trust meetings, liaising closely with other Trust leaders and managers. You will also be an experienced clinical pharmacist, ideally with strong mental health experience, + Major input into Pharmacy Vision, with senior Pharmacy team.
+ Responsibility for the ongoing development delivery of our Pharmacy vision.
+ Ensuring effective implementation and operation of pharmacy AIT plans.
+ Responsible for the ongoing development, audit and oversight of our change plans.
+ Be a clinically active member of the Pharmacy Service (circa 50% of time), in either mental or physical health services
+ Participating in the paid on-call (EDC) pharmacy service (approx. 1 in 10
