What you will do in the role… The L&D Coordinator will help to create and build a collaborative learning culture within Vita. You will be responsible for the administration, management, and evaluation of all internal in-house training and learning initiatives across Vita. Working closely with the L&D Manager and L&D team, you will help deliver on the People Strategy; to strengthen leadership capabilities and provide development opportunities for all colleagues to grow.     Essential:
  • Proven experience in L&D, HR or Administrative role
  • Proven experience in coordinating events with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive and excellent organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining spreadsheets, and databases, running reports and troubleshooting problems
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other elements of MS Office
  • Desirable:
  • CIPD (or equivalent) qualification
  • Some L&D experience in coordinating training courses, Disability Confident
