Suitable candidates should have 5 GCSEs grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, and a Level 3 qualification. It would be desirable that candidates hold, or be willing to work towards, relevant qualifications. Experience of team working, the ability to support students in a learning environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS and Prohibition check.

Up to £22,487 FTE, TTO £18,928 Permanent Warrington & Vale Royal College Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a Learning Facilitator. This role is to help learners with additional learning need develop independent learning skills, and reach their potential in and outside the classroom. The post holders need to be pro-active, flexible and motivated to inspire learners to grow, achieve and develop. This post will initially be on a casual contract, working up to 37 hours per week until July 2025. In the new academic year, it will then change to a term time only contract.
