As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students thrive and achieve their full potential.,
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
- Assist with individual and small group work to ensure all students receive personalized attention.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Provide support for students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and resource management.
- Supervise students during break times, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage active participation.
- Work flexibly across various year groups and subjects as needed. What We Offer:

Experience working with children with SEN. - A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, such as 'Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools' is preferred.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work effectively with students of all abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
