    You will have experience in an advice giving environment (Citizens Advice or other similar agency) and may have gained qualifications in this field or the Legal Discipline.
  • You will have experience of listening to a client's situation and the ability to provide up to date information and/or signposting to appropriate agencies.
  • Working via telephone/email your listening skills and the ability to quickly summarise legislation and policies will be essential. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office and appropriate web browsers, able to easily access suitable sources of information.
  • You will be responsible for accurately maintaining records of your interactions with client. An awareness of meeting deadlines will be essential.

    VITA Health Group is looking to recruit members to our Legal Information Team. The role is to provide Legal and Practical Information and signposting to a wide client base, as well as dealing with enquiries and booking appointments. Our consultants are expected to work with a high degree of autonomy whilst providing the highest standard of client support. This exciting opportunity is 37.5 hours per week as per business need, and fully remote. The Service is operational between 08.00 - 20.00 Monday to Friday., Vita Health Group celebrates life.
