Full Job Description

  • Providing secretarial support to our consultant lawyer team across all commercial practice areas, including family and private client
  • Audio and copy typing, as well as document formatting
  • Assisting with case management system administration, including file opening, document management, and archiving
  • Supporting client and consultant lawyer invoicing
  • General assistant duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and bundle preparation
  • Office Coordinator Supporting the smooth running of the Liverpool office (with occasional support in their Chester office during absences), your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for employees and consultant lawyers within the office
  • Handling administrative tasks, overseeing office upkeep, and managing the cleaning company
  • Developing office protocols and proactively maintaining the office space
  • Managing post, filing, and archiving processes with service providers
  • Coordinating hot desk and meeting room bookings
  • Ensuring all stationery and office supplies are fully stocked
