Legal Secretary (Hybrid)

At Anthony Collins Solicitors, our Secretaries are highly valued members of the department and are recognised as critical to the success of the team and the firm as a whole. If you are committed to making a real difference to clients through creating strong relationships and providing an outstanding level of service, then you may be just the person we are looking for. As a Secretary in the Corporate Litigation Team, you will proactively assist Fee Earners to ensure that these standards are achieved by providing a full secretarial and administrative service. Your previous experience, together with being highly organised and proactive in the management of correspondence, telephone calls, production of Court documents and general and financial administration will help you build confidence and rapport with the fee earners you assist, others within the firm and our clients. The work will be varied, ranging from:-

• Managing diaries
• Setting up meetings via Teams/Zoom
• Digital dictation
• Preparation of Court forms and Court documents
• Producing bundles
• Digital dictation
• Financial administration
With proficient IT skills, you will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and to meeting deadlines. Collaborating closely with your colleagues will ensure your success in the department

The ideal candidate will have Secretarial and administration skills, litigation experience, will be enthusiastic and keen to continue to develop and willing to get involved and take on whatever may come their way. Being able to contribute to a very busy department as a reliable team player is essential, as well as having the ability to confidently and sensitively build rapport with clients and third parties. Admin and secretarial qualifications are preferred but not essential.
