Full Job Description

  • Provide frontline customer care and library support across all library spaces (physical and digital)
  • Work with colleagues to create and manage online content
  • Actively engage and interact with library users and colleagues
  • Focus on one of the following areas and provide expertise to support library services:
    • o Operations and Service Continuity, o Library Circulation and Membership, o Support for Teaching, Learning and Outreach, o Accessibility We're looking for someone who:
  • Has experience of dealing with the public in a busy service environment.
  • Thrives by working collaboratively.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong enquiry management abilities.
  • Enjoys building relationships and leading a team
