Machine Operative- Food Production

Full training will be provided, alongside our in depth induction programme. There are plenty of growth and skill development opportunities. Our machine operators once successfully trained, move to grade 2 (normally at around 6 months) where your salary would increase. From here you can progress to grade 3 and Team Leader roles.
