The salary scale above has been agreed as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2024/2025 and will be implemented in November 2024 backdated to 1st April 2024 where applicable., To undertake specific skilled work to assist the specialists in the treatment of patients with Lymphoedema.
To administer new patients and provide timely appointments according to diagnosis and communicate accordingly.

An opportunity has arisen for the post of a band 3 Clerical Technician with the Lymphoedema service. The applicant is expected to have experience in administration in an outpatient department and with patients suffering from chronic conditions, competencies in stock ordering and control.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a team and be self-motivated. In this capacity, the candidate will learn basic skills in lymphoedema management as well as undertaking a clerical/administrative role. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, which is a key part of the job, will require computer skills and capability. The applicant is expected to work at Ruthin Community Hospital. Travel in the BCU area will also be required
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
