Full Job Description

Applicants should be enthusiastic, organised and flexible. A good, general education and previous experience of working with children are desirable. You will be required to:

  • Encourage positive play and activities both on the playground and indoors on wet days.
  • Prepare food and help the students eat a nutritious meal.
  • Be training in medical procedures.
  • Communicate with the Teacher and Classroom based staff on issues arising during lunchtime

    Silverwood School is a maintained coeducational special school for pupils aged 4- 19 years. We formed in September 2020 with campuses in Chippenham, Trowbridge and Rowde.

    The successful candidate, will be required to work, 5 days a week, Monday until Friday, 12:05pm until 14:05pm, (2 hours a day). This totals 10 hours per week and is Term time only, therefore working 38 weeks per year., Grade C £11.59 - £11.98 per hour dependent on experience. Approx.
