Mental Health Nurse (Qualified and newly qualified)

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic newly qualified Mental Health Nurse or Student Nurses who are due to complete their studies and who have a passion about providing the best possible nursing care to the people who use our services.

We take full advantage of the education funding from HEE and ensure this is used across all staff groups and included where needed most, at the frontline., The post holder will be a core member of the multi-disciplinary team, participating in the provision of on-going assessments, care planning, treatment and support of people with serious and enduring mental health problems and people in crisis. He/she will particularly ensure access to and availability of mental health nursing skills to users of mental health services and their families.

Each of our directorates has an experienced consultant nurse who drives forward the nursing agenda in our multidisciplinary teams. We offer leadership programmes and individual coaching to help you build your career path whilst also delivering excellent nursing care.
