You will need to be flexible, having the ability to adapt to your surroundings and support family members whilst demonstrating the ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.

  • 1 years or more experience as a Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Support Worker
  • Experienced working with people with ADHD, EUPD, Diabetes
  • Flexibility, maturity, independence and the very highest professional standards
  • Commitment to delivering client specific care.
  • Adaptable approach to support client and family members
  • Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
