As a psychologically informed service, delivery will be underpinned by the application of evidenced based practice, with a focus on using the principles of Structured Clinical Management (SCM). The service will be supported by the Intensive Case Management team at ABUHB to develop support plans which are underpinned by the principles of Structured Clinical Management (SCM). SCM is an evidenced based approach that enables generalist mental health practitioners to work effectively with complex mental health difficulties.
