MHST Administrative Assistant

We are offering a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our exciting, dynamic and expanding children's mental health service, in an 'Outstanding' rated NHS Trust.

This post is within our new Peterborough Mental Health Support Teams and will be a part-time permanent role that will be based at Cygnet Park in Peterborough.

You will have opportunities to work alongside our growing admin team to develop new systems and processes and be involved in developing new ways of providing information and support for children and young people. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of growing, innovative service.

There can be some flexibility with working hours with a blend of home working and working within the office environment (with a requirement to attend the office one day per week for team meetings). The necessary IT equipment will be provided to support this.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to offer suggested improvements and new ideas to support the administrative processes within the service.

The Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service continues to grow with team members working across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Therefore, excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and work with other people is vital.
