Full Job Description

  • Support the team in the delivery of lifts and escalators maintenance and project work to achieve business and functional objectives and meet key performance measures.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining all safety requirements relating to the delivery of lifts and escalators maintenance and project works are discharged by contractors.
  • Provide information to update systems, databases and records.
  • Assist in the measurement and evaluation of the commercial value of payments, monitoring the correct certification of works prior to authorisation in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor and report programme and progress in accordance with reporting systems and guidelines.
  • Monitor contractor performance indicators and provide periodic progress reports.
  • Maintain that all work package plans are supplied to agreed timescales.
  • Maintain that all work and safety records are completed by the contractor, and properly retained.

The quality and availability of L&E is critical to customer experience at our relevant stations. We also manage the mandatory inspections to guarantee compliance of L&E assets across the network.
