Full Job Description

The neonatal unit in Winchester is designated as a local neonatal unit, we have 18 cots, 2 intensive care, 2 high dependency, 8 special care, and 6 transitional care.
Part of your role would be taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of the unit, discharge planning and supporting the nursery nurses on our transitional care unit.

Are you a band 6 Neonatal Nurse who wants to develop leadership and management skills within a team ?
Hampshire Hospitals NHS Trust, working as part of the Thames Valley and Wessex Neonatal Network has opportunities for Band 6 Neonatal Nurses to join our team.
Are you a Band 6 currently practicing as a neonatal nurse, have completed a neonatal intensive care course, teaching and mentorship qualification and have excellent standards of neonatal nursing practice and are looking for a chance to develop your career?, + Shortlisted candidates will be contacted at least 5 working days before the scheduled interview date.
