Full Job Description

The department is currently undergoing an ambitious building programme that will result in a brand new cancer centre consisting of 6 new theatres in addition to our current 19 operating theatres. The career pathway for newly qualified ODPs joining our team has never been better with all the opportunities that an expanding department brings along with an embedded culture of career development for our ODPs. You will be involved in working in and outside of theatres, assisting the resus team as they attend emergencies within the hospital and supporting anaesthetists in out-of-department anaesthetics. Newly Qualified Operating Department Practitioner/Anaesthetic Nurse

Our main acute hospital site is in Guildford with community hospital sites at Milford, Haslemere and Cranleigh. We provide adult community health services in homes across Guildford and Waverley.
