Full Job Description

As a crucial member of our team, you'll be tasked with providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support services to assist the Support Liaison Manager for Non-Medical Education/Workforce. Your role will involve proactively managing your workload to ensure effectiveness, both independently and collaboratively within a small team.,

  • To act as the first point of contact for all administrative enquiries relating to the Non-Medical Education/Workforce.
  • Monitor and maintain generic inboxes, sorting and prioritising e-mails and escalating urgent requests as necessary.
  • Assisting the Support Liaison Manager for Non-Medical Education/Workforce in collating key information and ensuring accurate and timely responses both external/internal.
  • To assist in the collection of data for statistical and reporting purposes, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
  • Formatting files, forms and letters.
  • Diary management for training events / meetings which include liaising and negotiating with external stakeholders to arrange suitable dates.
  • Prepare agendas and collate relevant attachments, attend meetings and take minutes and action trackers for meetings ensuring agendas and minutes are distributed in a timely manner.
  • Undertake fact-finding and dissemination of information as required and defined.
  • Ad-hoc project support for the Support Liaison Manager for Non-Medical Education/Workforce.
  • To assess, prioritise and action own workload.
