Position: Operations Administrator Contract Type: Permanent- 45 hours per week Location: Wellingborough Shift: Days (Monday - Friday / 12:00-22:00) Why choose DHL eCommerce UK? About the role: We are looking for a detail orientated person who can manage their own workload to join our depot and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, dealing with telephone enquiries and escalating queries when necessary. You'll use our system to check discrepancies and will complete all driver documentation and reports. Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Driver brief and debrief
  • Allocate collections and deliveries
  • Taking calls and managing customer complaints
  • Answering and raising tasks on Salesforce CRM
  • Occupy the customer collect/drop-off point
  • Complete day to day admin tasks
  • Carry out any other duties that may be required in the context of the job role as instructed by the Site/Operations Manager.
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience working within an administrative role for at least 1 year
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The right candidate must have excellent multi-tasking skills and work well under pressure
  • Experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
