Full Job Description

  • Translating business or design objectives to technical requirements
  • Undertaking configuration in Oracle HCM Cloud and building of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence reports for the functional area.
  • Producing client facing deliverables such as but not limited to process documentation, configuration workbooks, functional specifications.
  • Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technology applications.
  • Helping clients transform their HR functions, through cloud technology solutions.

You will be building your career on the evolving Oracle Cloud platform. We are seeking enthusiastic dedicated people, who want to develop a career as an Oracle functional professional. We are interested in your ability to deliver functional analysis and Oracle Cloud configuration skills, in your functional specialism. We are keen to hear from you if you have experience of providing Oracle HCM implementation or support expertise on Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud platforms. If you have an interest in converting your HR technology implementation skills from another platform (for example, SAP Success Factors) we would like to hear from you. This role will be based in North East England, with minimal travel requirements. The expectation is that you can travel to our Newcastle office a couple of times a month. This role does not require you to travel to client site.,
  • Implementation experience configuring Oracle applications to meet business requirements (in paid employment or volunteer capacity)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a support function resolving client functional or technical issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience of managing quarterly releases and updates for Oracle HCM
