OS Deputy Team Lead
To work predominantly in the scrub role to support Theatre Sister / Team Leader(s) in leading and managing
the service within the department effectively and to deputise in their absence.
To manage general resources, both personnel and financial, to ensure the effective operation of the
department.
The post holder will provide skilled specialist assistance in the delivery of high-quality patient care
throughout the Operating Department. The post holder will be committed to providing research and
evidence-based practice whilst working as part of, and leading a multi professional team., Happy to Talk Flexible Working - all requests for flexible and part time working will be considered.

Are you an experienced Band 5 scrub nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting new vacancy for a Band 6 scrub practitioner in Orthopaedics. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills providing leadership and clinical management advice to the multidisciplinary team. You will be expected to assist and deputise for the Band 7 in managing the day to day running of the operating theatre., + Shortlisted candidates will be contacted at least 5 working days before the scheduled interview date.
