Full Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous HR Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems as well as supporting with day to day HR administration. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR and Payroll to ensure the accuracy and consistency of information. They must have excellent attention to detail, be able to work well with systems and be comfortable with repetitive weekly tasks.,

  • Input and update data accurately and efficiently into the company's databases and systems
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity
  • Communication with retail store management
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
    • This position will report in to and work alongside the HR Advisor who is responsible for supporting the retail business. This is a great opportunity for those looking for a part time role to fit around childcare, second jobs etc. Working days would be 3 days a week (Mon/Wed/Thurs) with flexible starting and finishing times.
