We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide efficient and comprehensive support to our Deputy Medical Directors, and senior managers within the Care Quality Directorate. This dynamic role requires exceptional organisational skills, proactive planning, and the ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Join us in this vital role to ensure seamless administrative support, allowing our senior leaders to focus on delivering exceptional care quality across the Trust., The role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Medical Directors, and their teams. This includes efficiently managing correspondence and communications, assessing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines, and autonomously responding to emails and telephone inquiries using sound judgment and initiative.
You will act as a key liaison, handling complex, sensitive, and sometimes contentious information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
