Paediatric Gastro-Intestinal Investigations Specialist Practitioner

Due to some recent changes within the department, we are currently recruiting to a new Deep Clean Supervisor post. The rota we have available is : Monday-Friday - 06 : 30-14 : 300 Your day-to-day activities will include :

• Managing a large team who are responsible for duties related to Deep Clean tasks
• Completing relevant checklists and other paperwork related to the role
• Managing staff in line with Trust policies and procedures; including absence, annual leave and performance
• Supporting new employees into the team
• Assisting in recruitment and selection of staff when necessary
  
  Do you have experience as a team leader or supervisor in a customer facing environment? Would you like to make a difference to patient care within the NHS?
Do you have the commitment and drive to work in one of the busiest hospitals in the country?,
• Have experience of supervising a team
• Be used to working in large teams of people in a busy environment
• Have a friendly, approachable personality, with a good work ethic
• Be flexible to undertake a range of tasks if necessary
• Be able to communicate with different types of people; including patients, visitors, senior managers and other departments
