Full Job Description

You will work closely with the HR and OD Teams to provide support across key people processes, acting as a first point of contact for queries from colleagues and managers. You'll assist with maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring data is processed correctly and supporting with related queries. Additionally, you'll help hiring managers and new candidates to create a positive onboarding experience. Your role will also involve coordinating corporate engagement and charity initiatives, arranging learning activities, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring our intranet page is kept up to date with useful and engaging information., The SHG "Be You" approach sums up our belief that everyone has the right to be who they are, and to be that person at work, in line with SHG's Values.
