This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. However, we will also welcome applications from people who wish to work part-time hours.

Day to day of the role

This role will be responsible for delivery of the College STEPS tutorial programme whilst also playing a key role in enhancing student culture, capital and experience.
To be a member of the College's Personal Development Team and contribute to the planning and delivery of key aspects of the Personal Development Programme and support for students.
Set high standards and expectations for the programme to support and achieve outstanding provision to further advance students' personal development, behaviour and attitudes to each other, learning and work.
This is an exciting and pivotal role, which will require a fully committed individual to engage with the development of young people & support the College's mission statement of 'Creating Brighter Futures' alongside our wider curriculum strategy of 'Ready to learn, Ready for work, Ready for life'.

Experience of working with young people and or adults within an education setting.
An understanding of the issues facing young people progressing from school to college and beyond.
Experience of designing and managing effective systems, coordinating complex activities and having a significant impact on standards.
