Our team are preparing a new local plan and coordinating infrastructure and its delivery to meet the challenges ahead. The Planning Policy Officer role sits within our Delivery team playing a key role in building relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including working with other teams across the organisation, to plan and deliver infrastructure in the borough. You will also play a key role in contributing to the preparation the Local Plan and identifying the infrastructure requirements for site allocations, helping to shape the kinds of places our residents want to live in, work in and enjoy.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to have an organised approach, be self-motivated, analytical and adaptable. We also need someone with strong communication skills, as the position involves direct engagement with residents and stakeholders.
