Full Job Description

As the PMO Lead you will report directly to the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creation and maintenance of the Digital & Direct EPMO Statutory Board Submission on a monthly basis. Providing meaningful insight to our Project & Programme Portfolio to our Board of Management.
  • Responsible for the facilitation of our Finance & Resourcing Clinics to ensure the appropriate governance of Budgets, Resources, Risks and Delivery Timelines of our Projects & Programmes
  • Reporting and Analysing data to provide insight on our Portfolio and Change activity, providing recommendations to improve quality and performance overall
  • Gatekeeper for the EPMO Policies and Procedures, making recommendations for better ways of working
  • Support the information collation and/or facilitation of internal audits
  • Support the EPMO Business Partners in providing Data, Analysis and the collation of PowerPoint content where appropriate
  • Support the Enterprise Programme Planning Manager in the successful running of our Quarterly Planning Events
  • Work with our QA and Resourcing Specialist to identify trends in processes and make recommendations to improve the quality across our Portfolio and Projects.
  • Adhoc Project & Programme Support where required by the business, including minute taking, pack preparation etc.
  • General admin management for EPMO including inbox management, project creation, meeting co-ordination and facilitation

  • Have excellent Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to articulate the story
  • Be a good communicator - verbal, written and reporting
  • Have the ability to influence and stay resilient
  • You are highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
