Full Job Description

Primary care nurse with an understanding of diabetes, to perform other standard primary care duties and exciting opportunities to undertake training in diabetes care and related conditions. You will also be expected to provide a high standard of nursing care to our patients at Fairfield Surgery., You will report to The Partners clinically and the Practice Manager for administration issues.
