Suitable candidates will have 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, and be educated to A Level standard or equivalent. Candidates should have excellent skills in relation to motivating, supporting and challenging students to achieve and progress. It is desirable that applicants have a teaching qualification.

£22,665 FTE, TTO salary £22,993 Fixed term contract Warrington & Vale Royal College Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to recruit a Progress Coach who will deliver high quality tutorial and enrichment programmes, ensure vulnerable learners are identified, monitored and regularly reviewed, and facilitate individual learner achievement and progression.
