Full Job Description

Take full ownership of projects, overseeing all phases from initiation to operational completion. This includes planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will lead project teams in defining and translating requirements into clear operational plans, ensuring alignment with programme goals. Your responsibilities also include establishing robust project controls and providing regular progress reports, including the assessment and management of risks, issues, and dependencies. Additionally, you will lead change management initiatives, working closely with the wider project team and stakeholder groups to ensure seamless project implementation and integration.

The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is embarking on a transformative journey through the Building Berkshire Together (BBT) Programme. This initiative forms part of the Government's New Hospital Programme, representing a once-in-a-generation investment to modernise and enhance healthcare facilities. Currently in the Strategic Outline Business Case phase, this programme will reshape the future of healthcare delivery in our community.
