Full Job Description

Location: Sandwell, West Bromwich

Working Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £46,266 - £49,093 per annum pro rata (Grade G)

Quality Assurance and Improvement Lead

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance and Improvement Lead to join our expanding team. This is an exciting, permanent, opportunity for an individual with in-depth knowledge of A-level provision to play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and improvement plans across our college.

Responsibilities

As our college continues to grow, with new campuses such as Cradley Heath, the Engineering Centre, and the Health Centre in Smethwick, we are committed to maintaining the highest educational standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in teaching and learning across all provisions, and will work closely with staff to drive excellence in all areas.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The ability to inspire, influence and motivate others is essential, as is a sound knowledge of external quality processes (such as Ofsted EIF, EQA, QAA), coaching, mentoring and highly developed interpersonal skills are also critical aspects of what it takes to be part of this key team.
