Quality Assurance Officer

Due to NEF's continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service across our projects, and we are looking for a dedicated professional who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care to our Service Users. You will be comfortable with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to establish, maintain, and monitor the policies and procedures in place to ensure compliance with our project delivery contracts.,

• Undertake, support, and collate the compliance audit processes ensuring agreed procedures are in line
with company policy.
• Work with wider project teams as required to support assurance and process review.
• Perform call monitoring and provide trend data and quality reports.
• Preparing performance reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Use quality monitoring data to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
• Reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current guidelines.
• Maintaining documentation of procedural changes.
• Work across the foundation to determine, maintain and adhere to CSAT KPIs.
• Other duties as agreed with your Line Manager.
  
  This role might be suited to either a graduate with limited experience, or someone without a degree but with relevant experience in administration, quality assurance and compliance., Person Specification (desirable)
• Call Centre Experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
• Must be self-motivator and a self-starter
