Being part of a small team of Officers and working closely alongside commissioning, social care operations, safeguarding and other key system stakeholders, the role provides robust support to the QA programme. The role is varied and two days are rarely ever the same! You will work with organisations who provide vital services for people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, physical and sensory disabilities to ensure high-quality health & social care and support is delivered and maintained.

To be successful you will need experience of managing health and/or social care services, preferably in a registered capacity. It is key you have great communication skills and are comfortable liaising with stakeholders across the sector, often having to lead and direct challenging conversations. Most importantly you will act as an advocate for team and organisational aims, ensuring that the ambition of continuous service improvement and high-quality services for all of Gloucestershire's vulnerable adult population is at the heart of all you do., We want to be an employer of choice, attracting and retaining excellent people to work for us, so that we can best serve all of Gloucestershire's diverse communities. Our promise to you is that we will provide an inclusive and supportive working environment that enables you to bring your whole self to work and realise your full potential. It is a legal requirement, under the Immigration Act 2016, that anyone appointed to a 'customer facing role' must be able to demonstrate an ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in fluent English. Hybrid working arrangements are available for the majority of our roles, giving teams the opportunity to work in a way that suits them, balancing service need and individual choice, with a mix of both remote and office working.

For all your hard work, you will receive the following:
