Full Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial aspects of project delivery. You will work alongside an internal team of Architects, Engineers, Building Surveyors and Project Managers, as well as leading externally commissioned consultant teams.

You will have a technical expertise in quantity surveying and commercial management as well as procurement, assisting with cost planning and construction contract management, and delivery of commercially viable schemes. You will have strong partnership skills and be able to develop strong relationships in order to ensure timely project delivery.
