Quantity Surveyor

In this role, you will have the chance to utilise your expertise in quantity surveying while contributing to the success of the company. Based from their Warrington offices, you will be joining a dynamic commercial team, made up of a Commercial Manager, two Quantity Surveyors and an Assistant.

• Manage and oversee quantity surveying activities with a focus on groundworks and civil works.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting and budgeting.
• Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and risk assessment for construction projects.
• Monitoring project budgets and expenses to ensure financial control.
• Conducting site visits to assess progress and quality, and to resolve any issues.
• Preparing financial reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Assisting in resolving disputes and claims that may arise during the project.
  
  Demonstrated experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in handling groundworks and civil quantity surveying projects.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide accurate cost estimations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Self-Motivated and effective use of Initiative.
• Strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
