Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on high-profile retail and commercial projects, shaping the future of the built environment. What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of cost management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage procurement processes and contracts to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain project excellence.
  • Provide strategic advice on project costs and risks.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members.

    Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the retail or commercial sectors.
  • A background with a contractor, fit-out company, developer, or consultancy.
  • Proficiency in using ConQuest is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
