Full Job Description

The Horton Radiology department offers excellent experience, with CT, Plain film, Mammography, MRI, Theatre Fluoroscopy and Ultrasound modalities on site. Our CT scanner is a GE Revolution GSI, with a 2nd CT scanner, Siemens Somatom Go Top. Our recently refurbished Emergency Department has a DR x-ray room. Applicants would be expected to take part in our rolling 12 week rota, including 10 days, evenings and weekend shifts and 12 hour night shifts.

The band 6 posts also qualify for an 8% pay premia payment on top of agenda for change basic pay rates. It is located within easy walking distance of the busy market town of Banbury in North Oxfordshire, close to Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. There are excellent transport links to London and Birmingham, via motorway or rail, and good onsite parking provision. There are some excellent schools within the area and a good selection of areas to live that would suit most tastes and budgets. There is also an excellent children's day nursery on site, with discounted rates for staff.
