Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our Birmingham office on a permanent basis. The Assistant will play an integral role in providing a robust administration function to the financial planning team in an efficient and timely manner.
What will you do?
Provide administration support to the financial planning team.
Support Paraplanners with the production of suitability reports.
Complete all work according to procedures and standards.
Collate and verify the accuracy of information and work provided.
Assist with preparation of review and new client meeting documents.
Support business development through correct application of client processes and procedures.
