Full Job Description

Our state-of-the-art facility in Teesside is well under construction, and we're actively seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our team, the role will initially be on a 12 month fixed term contract. We can be flexible and can consider part-time working.

We are for a Recruitment Officer on a fixed-term contract to support our Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will assist in managing the recruitment process for positions within our manufacturing facility. You will work closely with hiring managers to review CVs, ensuring they align with the requirements of each role, and assist in shortlisting candidates.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting telephone interviews to screen candidates, coordinating in-person interviews, and providing feedback throughout the process. You will participate in face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, helping to select the best fit for the team. You'll also update and maintain key recruitment trackers.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within manufacturing or engineering. Strong communication and organisational skills, a focus on candidate experience, and familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are essential.
