Full Job Description

You'll function as a Change Manager in a regulatory reporting feature team who will be responsible for providing SME knowledge and supporting the delivery of both regulatory and transformational change. As part of the Finance Platform, our purpose is to enable a safe, sustainable Finance function that supports the LBG strategy & customer needs. This role sits within the Balance Sheet and Regulatory Reporting lab. Our purpose is to deliver the regulatory and transformational capability uplift across various products which includes Capital Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Asset Encumbrance, Regulatory Reporting and RWAs, Funds transfer Pricing and Interest Rate Banking Book Risk. We work in a fully agile environment to support delivery at pace and continually providing regular improvements to the products for our customers. We use their feedback to truly deliver a product that our customers value. Day to day you'll be;

  • Leading and motivating change initiatives across Finance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with the business, and product platforms to define and deliver the product backlog.
  • Providing support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure changes are tested and implemented effectively and in line with business expectations.
  • Working in an agile manner to deliver results efficiently and effectively, demonstrating iterative and collaborative approaches.
  • Assisting and executing comprehensive change into wider team leadership and strategy.

    A positive record of leading and handling change initiatives, within an agile environment.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of Regulatory reporting, data and applications, serving as a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Strong understanding of Treasury's purpose and the financial risks it manages.
  • Collaboration, communication, presentation, team skills, with the ability to influence and across all levels of the organization.
