Full Job Description

This is an excellent job for someone experienced with change, risk and controls, who is highly organised and enjoys working as part of a high performing team. The role is a secondment for 9 months to cover paternity leave.
We are looking for someone to play a hands-on role to ensure safe design and controls are adhered to as part of System implementation.
A bit about the job:
The Reinsurance Design Support role will be part of a specialist reinsurance team based in Norwich. This role will report directly to the Project Lead and will be the guardian of the Reinsurance system.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
Being the gatekeeper for role profiles and the service catalogue including authority limits, approvals and SLAs
Flagging concerns or issues around strategy or service relating to any in scope application, supports the Business Product Owner with the system strategy
Providing a layer of design support to provide direction
Maintaining and storing documentation around change requests and progress

Previous Risk / Audit / Project Management experience from a system or process
Ability to produce and track progress reports, IT literacy (Excel, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong relationship skills, dealing with multiple teams
Comfortable working with ambiguity and deadlines

Salary around £40,000 - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
