Relief Support Worker

We have the most exciting opportunity for an outgoing Relief Support Worker to join our Team in Mansfield.

• We have several services within Nottinghamshire, these are the homes for adults whom have autism, learning disabilities and some health care needs.

Please note this role will include elements of weekend and bank holiday work so flexibility is essential. Successful applicants will be subject to a full DBS check.


• Someone with passion, energy, skills and enthusiasm to support individuals in their home and community
• Able to inspire and work as a team in a social care setting.
• Able to demonstrate experience in working alongside people with autism, some health care needs and learning disabilities.
• Someone who can demonstrate absolute commitment towards recognising and achieving the aspirations of the people we support and working alongside them and the team to really make things happen.
• Able to see and seize the opportunities that everyday life give us.
• Experienced in supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
  
  Salary: £11.75 per hour
