Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced resident liaison officer to work across the social housing decarbonisation project for SHDF wave 2 and 3.
You will be liaising with residents, arranging initial surveys, informing them of works to be carried out and scheduling works to be installed. You will have ongoing communication with residents regarding queries or issues., · £250 annual 'Live and Learn' allowance to spend on learning any new skill.

PLACEHOLDER

· Someone with either existing Resident Liaison or Housing Officer experience.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to use IT software including email, excel and appointment booking software.
· Must have experience within the social housing sector.
· Willing to work and travel across the northwest region.
· Driving licence is essential.
