Handling a full caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity.
Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
Conducting title checks, drafting and negotiating contracts, and resolving complex queries.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Providing clear, timely, and professional advice to clients throughout the process.
Liaising with lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors as required.

An established law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and skilled conveyancer looking to manage a varied caseload and progress within a supportive and dynamic environment., 2-5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner).
Proven experience managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Organised and able to manage deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
