Full Job Description

As our next Resource Planning Analyst, you'll support the IT & Transformation function to manage its 3 party suppliers for both resource planning and cost management purposes. You'll join a likeminded team in our Leeds based function (but with working from home capability). What You'll Do

  • Work with IT and Transformation Resource Managers and Project Managers to review and ensure accurate demand forecasts are in place for 3
  • party suppliers, and aligned to appropriate budgetary governance and approvals.
  • Support Resource Managers and Project Managers to raise appropriate statements of work with 3
  • parties to cover resource requirements for projects and programmes, and BAU IT&T activity.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure resource demand and supply requirements have been met, and that appropriate month end activities are completed to ensure costs for 3
  • parties are correctly accounted for and applied.
  • Manage the ongoing reconciliation of financial recharge of resource costs, with exception reporting between actuals and forecasts.

    Resource Capacity Planning experience
  • Experience of financial administrative support
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Good analytical skills
  • Evidence of driving continuous improvement culture
  • Ability to produce tactical recommendations by applying strategic insight to the models and data produced.
