Full Job Description

  • Liaise with customers, drivers and internal departments to resolve any issues
  • Take phone calls and provide a friendly welcome to customers on reception
  • Take on a range of general admin duties using various UPS systems
  • Work a shift from 8 am to 5 pm, with lunch break

    Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows applications
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to work well under pressure, often to strict deadlines
  • The flexibility to cope with changing duties and priorities - often at short notice
