Full Job Description

Are you a secondary teacher but looking to do do supply work with a greater incentive?

Zen Educate are looking for secondary teachers to take on either full time or part time supply work in Gloucestershire, specifically, Gloucester, Stroud and Cheltenham. We are looking for teachers that are happy to work in a range of different schools, so ideally drivers would be preferred but this is certainly not essential. As a secondary supply teacher you will need to be flexible in teaching more than just your specialism and going where needed.
Why work for Zen?, UK QTS
- Good classroom management and able to keep students engaged with their learning.
- Be flexible to the needs of the schools, covering lessons across different subjects.
- Reliable and able to honour commitments, as well as be a good communicator with both the schools, staff, Zen and parents if required.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or obtaining one as part of your application.
If you are looking to do some supply teaching, whether its taking a break from full time work or looking to get more experience after your PGCE, get in touch with Zen about what we can do for you.

A big perk of teaching with Zen is that we can offer paid days during the school holidays which is not offered anywhere else. The more days you work the more you get paid say during Easter or Christmas.
Take charge of your calendar at the click of a button. You can cut out a lot of calls and simply accept work or block yourself off with a few simple clicks.
Leave reviews of your experience in schools so other teachers can be prepared or see other teacher reviews before going into school, including whether lunch needs to be brought with you, so you can plan ahead of time.
Competitive pay rates.
