Full Job Description

undertake a range of administrative duties such as liaising with internal and external Educational Psychologists, assisting with the allocation of work, diary management and Excel data reporting
- communicate daily via telephone, email and face to face. This includes communicating with colleagues, parents, schools, locum staff etc
- be involved in monitoring data, data reporting and keeping up to date and accurate records. In the first instance there will be a focus on supporting senior leaders in managing the workflow of our Educational Psychologists (both SCC and locum staff)
- work closely with the Business Support Manager, Business Support Coordinator and Deputy Principal Educational Psychologist, assisting them in day-to-day service delivery
- work within a supportive team of Business Support Coordinators, Business Support Officers, Educational Psychologists and Inclusion Facilitators.
You will receive comprehensive training in the systems and processes needed to enable you to effectively fulfil this role., Psychology and Therapeutic Services provides support to children and young people from 0-25 years, as well as the adults who care for and work with them.
Alongside statutory activities such as the provision of psychological advice that forms part of Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments, we also work across early intervention core, traded and commissioned work. Partnerships include health trusts, youth justice, virtual school, early years, education, skills and learning and adoption services.

We are seeking a motivated and organised Senior Administrator (Business Support Coordinator) to help us to support effective service delivery and contribute to making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people in Suffolk.

£27,711 per annum (pro rata if part time)
